Why Offline pH score is withheld?

| You did not produce your admit card at the time of writing test |
| Your admit card did not carry your photograph |
| You did not produce a valid proof of identity (Photo ID) |
| You have not produce your original documents/mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation etc.) for verification |
| Our system has flagged you for possible violation of terms & conditions |
How to get your Offline pH score released?
| You can bring your original documents to our Bangalore office during working hours and get those verified. Our Bangalore office is open from Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. |
| If you are located outside Bangalore, you can get your original documents verified by our eLitmus supervisor on the next pH test date at a venue near you. |
| Please remember to bring a printout of your admit card with your photo pasted on it along with originals including photo ID proof. |
| Your pH score will be released within two weeks of your original documents being verified. |
How to reach us?
Details of venues outside Bangalore, where you can get your documents verified are listed below. Usually the venue details are published two days before the test date. So keep checking frequently.

In fairness to all other candidates who genuinely answered/attempted the offline pH test, eLitmus has decided to hold your pH score in the interest of just and equity.
PS: As stated in terms of use - eLitmus reserves the right to penalise a candidates' marks/scores by assigning very high negative marks or dropping the scores altogether, in an exam conducted by eLitmus, at any stage, if they have sufficient grounds to believe the candidate is involved in any form of malpractice. eLitmus shall not be liable to provide any explanation and eLitmus decision is to be considered final in all such cases.
