We hire for curiosity and craft. We are dedicated to investing in high-potential graduates and transforming them into elite Software and Quality engineers. Rather than looking for mastery in a specific programming language, we evaluate candidates based on the strong conceptual and academic fundamentals gained during their coursework.

As part of our team, your students will learn directly from banking and payment product pioneers. They will build software held to absolute product-grade standards—code that is correct, resilient, and trusted to handle high-value financial transactions. Eligibility : 

• 2026 batch BE / BTech (CS/IT and related branches)
• Good pH score
• Good academic record
  • 10th & 12th Standard or equivalent: 75% or above
  • CGPI: 7.5 or above

Compensation & Career Progression:

Selected candidates will join us under the following structure:

• Role: Software Intern
• Stipend during Internship: ₹40,000 per month
• Internship/Confirmation Period: 6 months
• Full-Time Conversion: Upon successful performance evaluation at the end of the internship, candidates will be absorbed as Software Engineers (SE) or Quality Engineers (QE) with a CTC of ₹6.25 LPA.
