Eligibility

  • 2024/ 25 batch BE / BTech (CS/IT/ Electronics and allied branches) OR MCA
  • Good Academic track record (7.5 CGPA or above)
  • In case you are not a fresher and already employed, your notice period should not be more than 30 days as the company will not delay the joining

Additional Competencies:

  • Gen AI awareness: Foundational knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly valued.
  • Project Exposure: Ability to demonstrate academic or personal projects, good in problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Learning Mindset: High learning agility and openness to coaching.
  • Execution: Ability to translate design prototypes into functional, high-quality code.

Good to Have:

  • Programming skills: Practical development experience in C/C++/Java/Python. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Core Concepts: Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS and Database Management (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Communication: Strong communication skills involving active listening, clarity & conciseness while communicating internally.

Job Description:

  1. As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our collaborative and innovative engineering team.
  2. This role is tailored for freshers or individuals with upto 1.5 years of experience (through projects, internships, or work experience) who are eager to contribute to exciting projects and embark on a journey of professional growth.
  3. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software modules and applications.
  4. Collaborate with senior engineers, participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and technical documentation. Drive independent small-scale projects.
  5. With a solid foundation in software engineering principles, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned engineers, learning from their expertise and making meaningful strides in your technical skills.

Selection Process:

  • Round 1: Online Assessments (Problem Solving and Technical Test)
  • Round 2: In-person round at Bangalore.
    • The first step will be the repeat of assessments conducted remotely in Round 1
    • In the second step, you will undergo multiple rounds of interview including HR interviews
