Job Description :

UI Developer:

• Develop responsive UIs using JavaScript, React, and modern frontend tools like Tailwind CSS and component libraries.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement intuitive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using modern development practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
   

Backend Engineering Intern :

• Build scalable backend services using Golang in a microservices-based architecture.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and webhooks for seamless data flow across systems.
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and tools to develop, test, and deploy backend components.
• Contribute to distributed system design ensuring reliability, fault-tolerance, and high availability in a SaaS environment.

Compensation Details:

Internship

• During in premise internship,
  • Salary will be ₹ 24,500 per month ( first 3 months salary will be ₹ 21,200 per month, and there after ₹ 24,500 per month )
  • Candidates will be covered by medical insurance while working from Company premises
• Candidates joining internship will be credited 12,000 eLitmus cash into their eLitmus account

FTE

• Upon successful completion of the internship, based on the performance and availability of positions, the full-time compensation of 15 Lakh per annum.
  • Breakup: 10L fixed + 5L variable as FTE with the company.

Note :

• Selected candidates need to compulsorily join the Bengaluru office of Aurasell during the internship.
• Your Internship will end on 31st July 2026.
