Our Story
We have set out on the journey of eLitmus 3.0. The groundwork is done and we are now looking for our winning team.
All along we have been too busy building awesome products and ensuring all customer deliveries are nothing but excellent. We have been happy churning out great products and customers coming to us with word of mouth. This has ensured we have remained a small bunch of highly motivated people. But now we are looking at eLitmus being a tech enabled company rather than a company enabled by tech. So even if you are considering Associate Consultant role, we expect you to be tech savvy. Looking for a few mavericks to join the team to make it happen. The ones who Steve Jobs referred to as "stay foolish and stay hungry". Remember it's a handful of revolutionaries who changed the World with the French Revolution.

- 2026 batch BE / BTech
- Good academic track record
- Good pH score mandatory

The selection process is rigorous and only the very best make it through. The key skills evaluated are

- Initiative
- Should have gone out of the way on activities that take months to complete in real life
- Extensive reading habit (current affairs, non-fiction, economy, etc) OR lots of real-life software / app-building experience
- Holding significant positions of responsibility
- You should have explored things outside of your curriculum
- You are high on logic and love mathematics, puzzles, and brain teasers
Selection process:
- In-person aptitude test
- For off-campus venue is Bangalore
- Campus drives are held at partner colleges and could have additional venue
- The test will be different for both the roles
- Coding challenge (only for software developer role)
- This is an optional round which may or may not be administered for candidates
- It shall happen with the in-personal aptitude test
- Response evaluation

- Should be submitted before appearing for in-person test (for campus drive a later date may be permitted)
- Will be evaluated only for candidates who clear aptitude test
- Interviews
- Those who clear the test will be taken through the interviews
- The interviews will be held at Bangalore for off-campus drives on same day as the test and other locations for campus drive.
- In case appearing for campus drive, do select the location provided in the mail shared by the college
Compensation Details
- Internship/Training
- During the in-premise internship
- The stipend will be ₹ 29000 per month (this is inclusive of a Food subsidy of ₹ 2450 per month)
- Candidates will be covered by medical insurance while working from Company premises
- FTE
- The CTC of 12 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth 4 lakhs which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years
- Phantom bonus breakup -
- 5% at the end of 12 months from the effective date of your appointment
- 10% at the end of 24 months from the effective date of your appointment
- 85% at the end of 36 months from the effective date of your appointment
- Above mentioned CTC would be applicable post-successful completion of the internship/Training.
Note
- eLitmus spends considerable effort in training new interns/ employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. Only candidates willing to commit for a minimum period of 24 months tenure post commencement of full-time employment need to apply.
