About this program:

This program is designed to engage individuals who 

• had to move to tier 2 towns to be with their spouses
• OR to individuals who need to work from home due to family reasons
• OR are not mobile due to personal special needs.

A typical candidate will work with our customer success team which oversees end-to-end delivery for our customers. This could mean one or more of the following activities - coordinating with customers and test takers, setting up assessments to be delivered at a particular time slot, post-assessment activities, and reporting, etc. This will be a consultant engagement.

Candidates with exceptional track records (top 10% of the workforce) in growth, B2B sales, and software development can be considered for full-time employment with the flexibility to work from home.

Eligibility

• Have at least 2 years of experience working in the corporate world
• Excellent computer literacy
• Fluent and good command of English
• Bachelor's or master's graduates
• Women candidates or candidates with special needs only will be considered

Stipend

• Consultants - ₹15000 per month for the first 3 months and thereafter ₹21000 per month
• Candidates with an exceptional track record in roles like growth, B2B sales, software development, etc will be hired for full-time employment at market-level salaries.

Selection process

For candidates with exceptional track in areas of growth, B2B sales, and software development a custom process based on your role will be suggested. For regular candidates it shall be
