Though degrees do not make a difference, but we will prefer someone who has an MBA with engineering in undergrad. 

Equally, engineers who wanted to do an MBA only from the very best (IIM A/B/C, XLRI, FMS) and nothing less but knew due to their academics in X, XII, or graduation cannot make it there despite a 99+ percentile. However, they should have compensated for it by standing out at work.

What will you do in the role?

Getting things done. Remember we operate in a VUCA world - Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity.

The roles we are currently hiring for are:

• Customer Success: Ensure each and every customer who comes to eLitmus experiences delight. This could entail - deep diving into every client's business model and understanding their talent needs. Based on the same, come up with a sourcing & assessment strategy.

• B2B Sales: Hunt and farm new B2B clients, deep dive into every client's business model, and understand their talent needs. With a consultative mindset, build a custom comprehensive solution using the legos of multiple eLitmus products & services. Build relationships that will last and benefit you for a lifetime.

And it doesn't end here - we have many other roles from Campus Sales, Government Business, Gift Card/ Coupon Marketing, etc. We are principally looking for talent who has high initiative, persistence, ownership, and belief in getting things done. Roles at eLitmus can be custom-built to the right person's strengths.
