eLitmus is the best kept public secret. In all probability you are hearing about it first time. But do you know we are bigger than Linkedin and Naukri combined when it comes to entry level hiring of engineers? Job on offer on our platform pay as high as ₹47 lakh (Yugabyte) which lot of your senior CS studs too applied on eLitmus. 

We on purpose have a website which does not do justice to what we do. We are a company of letting our actions speak than marketing (if you reached so far, the journey would have given you a dekko). 

In an industry where customers churn every few years, we have retained our customers for decade plus (oldest being 15 years) !! In all spheres, we believe in under committing and over delivering. So being an eLitian is baptism by fire.   And at end of it one turns into GOLD (remember the hindi saying "सोना आग में जल कर खरा होता है").

Must Have:

• Great extracurriculars / PORs / internships or other initiatives

Selection process

• Round 1: Online problem solving test 
• Round 2: Assignment 
  • Identify 2 companies of any one industry that are listed in the stock market. Recommend 1 of the 2 companies whose stock you should buy with reasoning
    • Details to submit the assignment will be communicated after the completion of Round 1
• Round 3: multiple rounds of interviews till you convince us to select you or reject you

And remember no problem is pariah. Big changes are nothing but combination of infinitesimal small changes (remember how differentiation and integration changed the World). Which means you have to be in ever learning mode and passionate. At high level the job content is predominantly business. That does not mean, we seek glib talkers only, but ones who back it up with lots of background work and research (Nerdish geeks go right up the queue).

To let you on another secret, as they say never judge a book by its cover. So we do many more things than what meets the eye and looking at adding multiple new offerings. The job by its nature offers exciting times and one hell of a roller coaster journey. Be prepared to do it all - digital market, consulting, predicting the future etc

And yes, 3 years with us and then you may find that you learnt it all what an MBA can teach

Compensation

The CTC of 12.1 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth 4 lakh which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years. Also, add a couple of million rupees for saved fees to an MBA institute !! And you would have learnt more with us :)

• In case of Internship cum FTE, above mentioned CTC would be applicable post successful completion of internship.
• Without daily commute & office distractions we found huge value addition in terms of time to our employees, hence the internship would be remote  i.e. work from home. However, you may still be called to office on need basis.
• Gross Stipend during regular internship (only applicable for Internship cum FTE) period would be as below:
  • During remote internship: ₹ 25,000/month
  • During in-premise internship: ₹ 35,000/month

Service Terms:

Company spends considerable effort in training new interns / employees through direct mentoring. Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months of full-time employment  need only apply.

Signing off note

The reason why we never raised funding was that we do not want to be one trick ponies - discount to grow. But challenge eLitians to become true Leaders. So the biggest perquisite is that you will suddenly find yourself creative and innovative and a Leader every one around looks upto.
