We need Help Desk Co-ordinators / Associates to
work on voice based Help Desk projects. You would provide technical
support on various technologies which you will be exposed to from time
to time. You will interact with customers and troubleshoot, analyse and
help resolve customer issues. Candidates with experience in IT support
services or with development expertise will find that we value their
experience and ability.
Candidates with experience or a formal training on Unix / Linux /
Solaris may also apply for select positions.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply. For the above positions, you
should have technical competence with excellent English language
communication skills and wilingness to work in night shifts. Only
