We are looking for talented Infrastructure Support Engineer :

• Deliver a range of technology applications/development services through design, development, programming, testing and maintenance of Technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Talented engineers to work across domains in the Networking space including Networks Engineering, DevOps, Networks Infrastructure and Platform Support, Networks Infrastructure Monitoring and Configurations. You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the bank’s networks platform and infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.) supporting all data centers as well as enterprise sites – head offices, branches, ATMs, etc.
• The successful applicant will become a part of a team applying a passion for Continuous Improvement to supporting, optimising, and reimagining our systems, as we transform our tech landscape to deliver Customer excellence in an ever-changing world..

You will bring:

• Strong understanding and urge to learn Infrastructure concepts & manage all aspects of technology infrastructure.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell scripting).
• Foundational understanding or willingness to learn about:
• Automation tools to simplify workflows.
• Network systems and their role in enterprise operations.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
• Technology Critical Applications Monitoring and Incident Management.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.

Note:  

• Apprenticeship duration is 12 months (conversion to permanent employment on the basis of performance and conduct).
• Stipend during apprenticeship will be ₹60000 per month.
• The selection process will be conducted in person in the NCR. Therefore, shortlisted candidates should be willing to travel to the NCR to participate.
• Shift Timings: 8am to 5pm IST  (Need to be flexible to work in shifts and 24*7 support model)
• Work Model: Hybrid/Full Time
