Founded in 2005, we were pioneers in India in standardized tests and defined as a complete talent assessment industry which resulted in scores of companies raising huge funding and competing with eLitmus. We stand tall because we not only survived them but now growing against them despite their having access to huge amounts of cash. Our customers are predominantly in the software, manufacturing, electronics, and infrastructure industries. Hence will need you to have a basic understanding of that industry.

About the role

We are hiring for two tracks

1. Software/Technology
2. Business

In both tracks we expect you to be self starters with excellent problem solving skills. We are principally looking for talent who has high initiative, persistence & ownership and believes in getting things done.

Software/Technology track

• We are flexible on the stacks you have worked on as long as your fundamentals are great
• We work on multiple stacks - predominant being Ruby and React
• We expect each one of our tech team members to be Ninjas/ All rounder - doing front end, back end and dev ops
• Many of our colleagues have contributed to open source of React and Ruby
• What will get you selected - You should have though of your own solutions, built tools etc which helped your organization. If you are some one who JUST coded what was told, then we may not be the right place

Business track

Even if you have no prior experience and belong to one of these categories you are encouraged to apply 

• You understand/ worked in  software but do not want to make a career in coding OR
• Worked in manufacturing plant but do not want to spend time on the floor OR
• Other fields like Civil, Biotech, Industrial, and Electrical but doing core job does not excite you

You will be wearing multiple hats across the following units

• Customer Success
  • Service companies that use eLitmus. This would mean recommend and execute right assessment at one end and equally at times provide end to end recruitment solutions
• Campus & test delivery
  • Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centers, and proctors and defining best practices
  • Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
• B2B Sales:
  • Hunt and farm new B2B clients, deep dive into every client's business model, and understand their talent needs. 
  • With a consultative mindset, build a custom comprehensive solution using the legos of multiple eLitmus products & services
     

And it doesn't end here - we keep experimenting with multiple new offerings and you will be expected to take it as an additional responsibility.  Roles at eLitmus can be custom-built to the right person's strengths. 
 

Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge-driven rather than just being able to talk well.

Must Have

• 2 to 5 years of Experience
• Greater experience may apply and we will try to create a role based on your interest/test profile

Selection process   

Candidates who have completed the application process will be called for in person drive at eLitmus Bangalore office. The drive shall consist of a problem solving test followed by preliminary interview to ascertain your ability to have gone extra mile. This is just an elimination round

Candidates who make through elimination round will be taken through multiple rounds of interview which shall be remote and only in exceptional cases you shall be called to office.
