About you

You are someone who likes your field of study but wants to make a career in the management field. For example

• You understand software but do not want to make a career in coding OR
• Studied mechanical but do not want to spend time on the floor OR
• Other fields like Civil, Biotech, Industrial, and Electrical but doing core job does not excite you

AND 

• Your favourite childhood pastime - calculating the total cost of groceries your parents had bought before the shopkeeper did
• You are diligent and will do anything to be on time to class
• You are focused and don't leave anything for the last minute
• You have at least one hobby/passion and remain indulged in it. Following IPL doesn't count in
• You like taking initiatives. Have volunteered for something and have put your heart in it
• You accept criticism graciously and introspect what went wrong
• You may not be a fluent communicator but are good at aptitude. Numbers do not scare you.
• Last but not the least, you are technology literate

About the role

You will be part of one or more of the following teams

• Customer Success
  • Service companies that use eLitmus
• Campus & test delivery
  • Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centers, and proctors and defining best practices
  • Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
• B2B Sales:
  • Hunt and farm new B2B clients, deep dive into every client's business model, and understand their talent needs. 
  • With a consultative mindset, build a custom comprehensive solution using the legos of multiple eLitmus products & services

And it doesn't end here - we have many other roles from Campus Sales, Government Business, Gift Card and Rewards, etc. We are principally looking for talent who has high initiative, persistence & ownership and believes in getting things done. Roles at eLitmus can be custom-built to the right person's strengths

While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of Excel).

Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge-driven rather than just being able to talk well.

Selection process

• One round of test
  • Online test details: Basic Aptitude
• At eLitmus, we are confident about our tests and hence will roll out an offer letter based on the test score itself
• Post joining at the Bangalore office, offered candidates will have to attend a similar difficulty level test and the offer letter will be revoked if s/he does not score similar marks

Service Terms

The company spends considerable effort in training new interns/employees through direct mentoring. Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months of full-time employment post-training period need only apply.

Compensation details

• The CTC of ₹ 6.05 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth ₹ 1.85 lakh which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years (30% in the second year and 70% in the third year).
  • Above mentioned CTC would be applicable post-successful completion of the training.
    • The consolidated stipend shall be ₹ 24,500/month during the training period at the Bangalore office.
