Skills Preferred:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Understanding of SQL, RDBMS, data modelling and MySQL or Oracle
• Experience programming with languages such as Java, PHP
• Understanding of Linux
• Understanding of Python development and Django framework is a great plus
• Understanding of JavaScript , HTML, DHTML, CSS, AJAX and JSON
• Understanding of frameworks such as jQuery, Dojo, YUI is a great plus
• Understanding of WebServices, XML, REST interfaces is a great plus
• Understanding of SaaS or eCommerce applications is a great plus
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon EC2 and S3 is a great plus
• Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast-paced start-up environment
