About the Role:

Data is central to HealthifyMe’s decision-making process, and Product Analysts are a critical component to evangelize data-driven decision-making in all of our operations. As a Product Analyst at HealthifyMe, you will be on the ground floor with your team, shaping the way product performance is measured, defining what questions should be asked, and scaling analytics methods and tools to support our growing business, leading the way for high quality, high-velocity decisions for your team.

Eligibility:

• 2015/16/17/18 BE/BTech or ME/MTech
• Analytics experience in a consumer internet business
• A combination of big high tech company + Startup experience is a bonus.
• No pH Test score needed

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Inform business product strategies by defining and updating core metrics for each initiative
• Establish an analytical framework for your team: ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to surface data to partners
• Evaluate and forecast the impact of product features on users and business.
• Design A/B experiments to guide product direction with iterative innovation and measurement.
• Create the team’s analysis roadmap and prioritize the most valuable projects
• Dive deep into the data to understand how user behaviors change with the evolution of our product and strategy
• Be our team’s expert on best practices and move towards a long-term vision of sustainable and thriving data processes

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of analytics experience in a consumer internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or business unit.
• Expert fluency in SQL-based data manipulation
• Experience designing and assessing the impact of A/B experiments in a fast-paced product development cycle
• High level of comfort creating dashboards in Metabase, Tableau, or comparable software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to share insights and influence stakeholders
• Independence in determining and establishing data analysis priorities to balance ongoing projects with requests from various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, impact-oriented, customer-centric approach to data analysis 
• Bonus Points:
  • Technical background and programming experience–especially R or Python
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques
  • Passion about Health and Wellness, Customer Research and Consumer Apps
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup

  • ₹ 1,55,000 - 1 successful referral
  • ₹ 3,80,000 - 2 successful referral
  • ₹ 6,50,000 - 3 success referral or more
• Referral shall be payable only if the successful candidate who is offered the job completes 6 calendar months of continuous employment with the company.
