Job Description

• Write and develop complete documentation suites for new products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to handle complex assignments with moderate supervision.
• Be proficient in English and MS Office. 
• Good team player.

Key Skills Required

• Have good communication skills.
• Should have excellent writing and editing skills, be detail-oriented, and flexible.
• Knowledge of writing for highly technical audiences, such as developers, network administrators and system administrators
• asic knowledge in telecom, VoIP, networking, cloud computing and wireless is required.
• Good product/technology/industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of Documentation Development Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle required.
• User level knowledge of UNIX/Linux required.
• Knowledge of Wiki Confluence will be an added advantage.

Salary:

INR 4 lakhs per annum + additional benefits
