Eligibility:

 

  • 2015/16 batch BE/BTech / MCA / ME/MTech
  • Good pH Score
  • Good academics

  • 7th December - Bangalore 

 

Job Requirement:

 

  • Responsibe for carrying out the shift activities such as monitoring and working on service requests and co-ordinating incident requests
  • First line technical support to Retailers and Engineers; diagnosing faults, undertaking remedial action and where necessary raising service requests
  • Manage outage incidents
  • Proactive communication with the Technical Support Management
  • Basic knowledge / understanding of networks, protocols and switching technologies
  • Candidates should have a strong written, verbal communication and excellent Leadership skills.

 

 

Service Agreement:

 

If offered, you should be willing to sign the 3 year service agreement for Rs 2 lakhs with the Attra Infotech.

 

As a guarantee, you need to submit a cheque to the company at the time of joining. Please note you need not have that amount in your account. The same cheque will be returned to you on completion of 36 months service with company.
