Xtravity is a Bangalore based exciting new start-up in the. We aim to build an online platform and marketplace that will transform the way creative learning is delivered and consumed currently. This online platform will get all the non-academic training courses like singing, martial arts, dancing, playing instruments etc., under one roof and enable consumers to review the trainer’s profile, schedule the classes, get training and rate them.

Job description:



You Will be responsible for activation of the Xtravity brand through on ground activities across the city – Xtravity’s brand ambassador


  1. Will be responsible for the revenue earned by Xtravity and the no. of Xtravity consumers from an allocated part of the city
  2. Need assessment - Understand the designated part of Bangalore in terms of demographics and profile and gather the needs of the community in that area in extracurricular activities
  3. On ground activities – organise and conduct on ground demo classes at apartment complexes and other communities based on the need assessment
  4. Manage the promotional activities and support for the on – ground activities to ensure the maximum participation and signups for regular classes from these activities
  5. Will be measured on no. of demo classes conducted and no. of Xtravity customers signed up from each demo class
