  • 2015 batch BE/BTech(CS/IT/IS/ECE) / MCA
  • Good pH score
  • Good academic record

 

 

Job description:

 

  • Monitoring of Production and QA environment via various internal & external monitoring tool
  • Create, Check & Verify Change/Service Request tickets Along with Incident Tickets
  • Scheduling  of CRON jobs using UNIX Commands and helping Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Liaison with Data Center teams for remote servers troubleshooting
  • Monitoring and assigning Storage TAPES
  • Preparing the shift hand off and handing over it to next shift and taking over from previous shift vice versa
  • Ability to prioritise and control the workload Professional and articulate, yet still approachable
  • Interpersonally adept, yet work focused
  • Technically proficient, but not a know-it-all
  • Excellent with time-management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Good collaborator with strong listening abilities
  • Like to learn and learn quickly, even under pressure
  • Ability to convey technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical people
  • Excellent written and verbal English

 

 

Desired skills:

 

  • ITIL Knowledge (Incident/Change/Release/Problem under Service Management)
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX Knowledge (Solaris/Linux/HP OS)
  • Basic knowledge of all currently supported Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with File and Folder Architecture on different OS Level
  • Good understanding of JAVA Technology (Exceptions/Error )
