Admin activities like Insurance, interaction & follow-up with clients/vendors on invoicing and payments, investigating new products for purchase, purchasing. Finance activities like preparation of invoices and vouchers, project costing, payroll, bank reconciliation, stipend calculations and finalization of accounts. Interaction with US employees on finance and accounts (payroll) related matters.
Excellent communication skills and high aptitude. Should be willing to work in night shift (7.30 pm to 4 am). Experience in preparing/ generating reports, MIS reports and must be computer savvy, MS excel and MS word etc Experience in Accounting and administration, handling of Bank and Cash transactions etc. Should be sharp with numbers. Knowledge of US regulatory requirements like US Tax, USGAAP, US Labour law requirements etc. will be a plus.
