Companies might have multiple cut-off criteria (like educational background / academic performance etc) in addition to pH Score. From your side you can make sure every details in your profile is correct and the opening you have applied for suits your profile. Having a good overall percentile but very low percentile in any one/two section also affects shortlisting.
