eLitmus 'Friends with Benefits' Program
eLitmus ‘Friends With Benefits’ Program is a program to enroll Ambassadors who want to gift great career to their friends. In process of doing good deed, get rewarded too.
As a well wisher, you would want your friends to have a long and healthy career. A minimum of 85% software professionals who entered industry post 2012 are NOT expected to have a job by age of 45 assuming IT industry does very very well (Click here to know why). Like health, secret to great career is to start exercising early (basically join companies which make you stretch) rather than hogging junk food (many of the companies offer low end work but good salary as in dollar terms it is very less).
Remember tasty junk food = heart attack, high paying non challenging work = no job
How does the ‘FwB’ Program work?
- You refer your friends/ colleagues/ juniors to take the eLitmus pH test (share the scholarship code you received in the mail / visible in your test section)
- Your referral benefits because s/he saves ₹ 236 on pH test fee (pays ₹ 650 + GST instead of ₹ 850 + GST)
- Based on your referral’s performance at eLitmus (pH test and Jobs), you get rewarded as per the table below

How to participate?
- This program is by invite only
- Invited candidates will get a scholarship code
- The scholarship code can be shared with referrals which would allow them to take the pH test at ₹ 650 + GST Instead of ₹ 850 + GST (saving ₹ 236 in the process) before 31st December 2018
Other Terms & Clarifications
- All the rewards will be given to referrer (the person who refers)
- Only candidates who have never taken the eLitmus pH Test before can be referred
- Candidate creating multiple accounts on eLitmus will be BANNED from eLitmus and no rewards will be given against that candidate
- All the Rewards will be processed once a month beginning 1st November 2018 and will be paid out subject to the minimum payable amount being ₹ 500
- Any reward for joining will be subject to candidate completing 90 days of service with the company without resigning in that period
- Jobs which are listed under both Fresher & Experienced will be considered as Fresher jobs
- For rewards against joining a job, the referral needs to join the job on or before 15th July 2019
- All decisions of eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited will be final
- Employees or relatives of eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited cannot participate in this program
- Sharing/ Posting your scholarship codes in public forums/ groups/ sites will make you ineligible from this program. However you can share it in your college Facebook, WhatsApp groups etc.
- Violation of eLitmus terms of use will disqualify the participant and no reward is payable to such a participant

Q.) Whom can I refer?
Anyone who has never taken eLitmus pH Test - both freshers and experienced (Lots of experienced jobs coming)
Q.) Can I share my code on the internet ?
No . Exception being your college specific Facebook page/ group or WhatsApp group.
Q.) What is the maximum number of candidates I can refer ?
Against your current scholarship code you can refer as many as you want.
Q.) When should my referral take the test ?
Any test before 31-Dec-2018 . However in some of the special pH Test centers (which are created for a specific college students) of where the fees is lower than standard fees , the code may not work
