Post Name: Jr Engineer (Vidyut Sahayak)
Qualification: B.E or B.Tech or equivalent Degree in Electrical Engineering from UGC recognized University with minimum 60% marks (Aggregate of 7th & 8th semester, first trial without ATKT) for General category candidates and 55% for Reserved category candidates.
No.of Post: 10 (+) Nos. of Vacancies [UR-(05),SEBC-(02),SC-(01) & ST-(02)].

Age Limit: 30 Years for General category candidates and 35 years for reserved categories candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.13000-14000

Note: Knowledge of Gujarati, English & Computer is essential

Scope of carrier Development: On completion of successful and satisfactory two years services as Junior Engineer (Vidyut Sahayak), the candidates will be appointed on regular establishment as “JUNIOR ENGINEER” in the scale of Rs. 17, 300-38, 610 depend on his overall performance.

Selection: There will be 4 sections in multiple choice question paper having approximate equal weight age for each section
Section – I General Knowledge 10%
Section – II English Language 15%
Section – III Electrical Engineering 60%
Section – IV Computer Knowledge 15%
