Job Description:
Looking for Software Developer.

Roles and Responsibility:
Work closely with other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Effectively communicate with the clients during the development of the projects.
Work with Graphic Designer to build graphics and designs as per the client/project requirements.
Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients.
Report to the Technical Leader about the exact status of the project and deliverables.
Engage in out-of-the-box thinking to provide high quality services to clients.
Keep yourself and the team updated with emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and services.
Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for activism and community building.

Required Skills:
Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work with/lead other developers in the project execution team.
