| Description | We are a SEI CMMi Maturity Level 5 Company offering IT Consulting and Software services with core competence in the areas of ERP, Business Intelligence, e-Business and Application Support.
Eligibiltiy : BE/B.Tech/MCA/MsC from 2006/2007 batch.
Job Description – Programmer Trainees for our ERP Practices and Open Systems (Java & Microsoft technologies) Practice.
The selected candidates should be willing to sign the Service Bond for Rs. 2.0 Lacs to be submitted by successful candidates, valid for 24 months period, from the date of joining (DOJ).
Option 1: Bank Guarantee (BG) or a Fixed Deposit (FD) for Rs. 2.0 Lacs, marked Lien to ITTI (validity for 24 months period), to be submitted, prior to the DOJ. The BG / FD is returnable to the Candidate, on completion of 24 months service with ITTI.
Option 2: Successful candidates can submit a BG / FD for Rs. 1.0 Lac, prior to the DOJ. Subsequently, a sum of Rs. 4,000/- per month will be recovered, from the monthly Salary, in the first 20 months of service; and Rs. 5,000/- per month, in the last 4 instalments. The entire amount of BG / FD is returnable to the Candidate, on completion of 24 months service with ITTI.
Note: If the Candidates submit their resignation before completion of the 24 month period, the BG / FD will be encashed by the Company. |
